Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel quit the stage after 6 years in order to finish her college. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. At the end 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took her first six years in competing to obtain her college diploma. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish in third place. In June of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and returned with a 6th place in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more proud of her performance. Ariel competed against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel likes working out her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm lat pull downs. The first step is warming up before going onto exercises. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be light weight day and another heavier weight day.
